ARTIST DEMONSTRATIONS

River Clay attendees observe the artistic process through various artist demonstrations scheduled throughout the festival. Whether watching a potter throw clay, a painter paint or a woodworker turn wood, visitors will enjoy watching creativity in action.

CHILDREN’S ART ACTIVITIES

Children are welcome at River Clay! Young and Young-at-Heart will enjoy the many children’s art activities available during the festival. Coordinated by a group of fun, creative artists and art teachers, participants of all ages will love the opportunity to create with friends and family.

STUDENT ART EXHIBITS

In addition to experienced artists, River Clay celebrates up-and-coming artists as well. Festival-goers will enjoy seeing the varied works of students from Decatur City Schools, Morgan County Schools and the Alabama Center for the Arts.

MUSICAL PERFORMANCES
